2lb of white skinned, white flesh sweet potatoes. These are smaller roasting potatoes and it is best to plan to leave the skin on for serving. The Bonita have a slightly drier flesh than the creamy, orange Beauregards but still have a nice flavor . They are fantastic roasted together, however the Bonita may take longer in the oven.
